| Résumé : | In recent decades the role of an entrepreneur has been considered of very great significance in accelerating the pace of growth and economic developement in both the developed and developing countries. an entrepreneur is a person who perceives opportunities, organizes the resources needed to exploit the opportunity and sets up an entreprise. the process of setting up an entreprise is called entrepreneurial process. and like every one the entrepreneur also need to acquire some competencies to perform his job. in this research we were interested in the exploration of the process in which entrepreneur learn and develop his entrepreneurial competencies. this process is named the entrepreneurial learning process |
